SERVICE RATINGS

ABOUT SERVICE RATING MANAGEMENT

This facility allows users of the JIRAN system to grade the performance of security guards.

This allows for the RA to track non-performing security guards.

This function specifically supports the following capabilities:

·         Allows for the rating of security guards in the respective SLA areas

·         Allows for assigning of star ratings which is computed based on the average total ratings received by the security guard

·         Allows for the entering of remarks to the security guard in the form of an assessment against a given SLA

·         Provides a link to the Members & Users maintenance to view the personal details of the security guards

 

HOW TO SEARCH FOR A SECURITY GUARD’S RECORD?

1.       Click on the SERVICE RATING function from the JIRAN system main menu.

2.       Once in this function, define the following search criteria to retrieve the security guard record for review:

Filter

Denotes the free text entry field. Partial search is supported

Service as of date

Denotes the search of the security guards record as of a certain date. Select the date from the date selection option

 

3.       Click on SEARCH once you have defined the required search criteria.

HOW TO RATE THE SLA FOR A SECURITY GUARD?

1.       Click on the SERVICE RATING function from the JIRAN system main menu.

2.       Enter the search criteria and retrieve the desired record. The system will retrieve all records by default.

3.       Click on the MAKE A REPORT link of the security guard record to launch the SERVICE LEVELS maintenance screen.

Alternatively, you can click on the image of the security guard to launch the MEMBERS & USERS screen to view and/or update the profile of the guard.

4.       To rate the SLA of the security guard, do the following:

a.    Click on the respective SLA record

b.    Enter the required comments for the SLA record

c.    Click on POST to lodge your assessment

5.       Repeat the process if wanting to update the comment or assigned ratings
