
The SERVICE LEVEL DEFINITION maintenance facilitates the maintenance of the
various service levels applicable to the Resident Association.
These service
levels will be used to gauge the performance of service providers to the RA,
e.g. Security Guards.
The performance
of each service provider is assessed via the SERVICE RATING function.
1.
Click on the SERVICE LEVEL DEFINITIONS
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Once in this function, define the
following search criteria to retrieve the service level record desired:

3.
Click on SEARCH once you have defined the
required search criteria.
1.
Click on the SERVICE LEVEL DEFINITIONS
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
From the SERVICE LEVEL DEFINITIONS LISTING screen, click on NEW SERVICE LEVEL to initiate
the creation of a new fees record.
3.
The system will display the SERVICE LEVEL DETAILS
screen for you to enter the service level details.
4.
Enter the following information to create a new service level record:

Denotes the unique code to be assigned to the service level record |

The full
description of the service level record |

Denotes the
category of the service level record, e.g. security, local councils, etc |

Click on SAVE to create the service
level record.

Select the service level record
to be updated from the SERVICE LEVEL DEFINITIONS LISTING screen.
2.
Update the record via the SERVICE LEVEL DETAILS screen and click on SAVE
to update the record.

Select the service level record
to be updated from the SERVICE LEVEL DEFINITIONS LISTING screen.
2.
Click on DELETE
in the SERVICE LEVEL
DETAILS screen
to remove the record from the system.
1.
Click on the SERVICE LEVEL DEFINITIONS
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
From the SERVICE LEVEL DEFINITIONS LISTING screen, select (R) the records to be created
for the New Year.
3.
Click on GENERATE FOR NEXT COMING YEAR to
create the service level records for the upcoming year.
4.
Manually create new service level
records if they now within the existing list.
