SECURITY PATROLS (PATROL POINTS)

ABOUT SECURITY PATROLS FUNCTION

This facility allows RA Administrator & Security Guard Supervisors to view the status of the security guards patrol checkpoints within an operating period.

This information typically displays the guards check-in details (at designated security checkpoints).

With these details, the respective Administrators can narrow down on security guards performance and take immediate remedial actions.

Additionally, this function allows for the importing of the patrol points data for display & management in the JIRAN system.

 

HOW TO VIEW PATROL POINTS DATA?

1.       Click on the SECURITY PATROL  function from the JIRAN system main menu.

2.       Once in this function, define the following search criteria to retrieve the patrol points data for review:

SEARCH CRITERIA

DESCRIPTION

Route

Denotes the route for which to review the patrol point’s data. Select from available selection

Patrol Date (Range)

Select the date or date range to view the corresponding patrol point’s data.

Select date from date selection option

Alternatively click on the  or  icons to move forward/backward the dates.

The system will refresh the patrol point’s data each time the date is selected.

3.       The patrol points data is displayed in a tabular manner and is read in the following manner:

DATA FIELDS

DESCRIPTION

Route

Denotes the route for which to review the patrol point’s data.

Check Point

Denotes the various check-points with the designated route that a security guard is required to check-in at pre-defined intervals

SLA %

The SLA percentage fulfilled for the designated route for the date

Actual %

The actual percentage fulfilled for the designated route for the date

0 – 23

Denotes the hours in a day depicted in military time, i.e. 0 = 12:00a.m and 23 = 11:00p.m

 

 

HOW TO IMPORT PATROL POINTS DATA?

1.       Click on the SECURITY PATROL  function from the JIRAN system main menu.

2.       Click on the IMPORT NEW PATROL POINT DATA from the PATROL POINTS screen.

3.       Select the patrol point data file to be imported.

4.       Click on IMPORT to initiate the importing of the file.

5.       The patrol point’s data will be available for viewing once the import is successfully completed.
