
This function facilitates the various email
templates to be used for sending out notifications to Resident Association’s
participants.
This allows System Administrators to pre-define
the templates to be used when sending out email notifications.
The maintained email templates will be available
for selection in the NOTIFY RESIDENTS
function.
The Inventory Class Maintenance function facilitates
for the following:
·
Display of the email templates maintained in the system.
·
Creation of an email template.
·
Updating of an email template.
·
Deletion of an email template.
1.
Click on the EMAIL TEMPLATES
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Once in this function, define the
following search criteria to retrieve the desired record:

Denotes a free text search criteria. Partial search is supported. The system will display all

Click on
icon to initiate the search criteria.

Click on the EMAIL TEMPLATES
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Click on NEW EMAIL TEMPLATE to initiate the creation of the record.
3.
Enter the following values on the EMAIL DETAILS screen:

4.
Click on SAVE to create the
record.

Click on the EMAIL TEMPLATES
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Enter the search criteria and click on
the on
icon to search for the desired record.
3.
Click
the record to launch the EMAIL DETAILS screen.
4.
Update the required values.
INote:
The email template code value itself cannot be amended. The record must be
deleted before it can be replaced.
5.
Click SAVE
to save the changes.

Enter the search criteria and click on

icon to search for the desired record.
3.
Click
the record to launch the EMAIL DETAILS screen.
4.
Click on DELETE
to remove the record.
