
NEW JIRAN USER
REGISTRATION
Access to the
JIRAN system can be obtained via the following methods:

Self-registration from the JIRAN website
·
Registration by the JIRAN System Administrators
Please note that all access to functionalities in the
JIRAN system is controlled by pre-determined security profiles.
1.
Click on the NEW USER link on the JIRAN
system main page.

The system will prompt the screen to
enter the following registration details:

The completion of the above step will result in the issuance of a
registration email. The system will also prompt the user the state of the
registration.

To continue with the registration, you
can opt to do the following:
a.
Click on HERE
and enter the required details to complete your registration. You will
need to complete the below details to complete the confirmation.
b.
Click on the link provided in the
registration confirmation email to continue with the registration (the
recommended approach).

If you clicked on the link provided in
the confirmation email, here’s what the confirmation screen will look like:

At the completion of the above
process, you would have completed the initial registration process.
The
next step will be for you to register your password with the system.
NOTE:
When in the “Register” & “Confirm your registration to the system”
stage, you may resend the confirmation code if you were not able to complete
the registration steps within a pre-defined timeframe.
In order to do this, you will need to
click on the LOGIN function, enter your email address and click on the RESEND
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION CODE link.
This resend function will not apply
once you have registered your password into the system.
7.
Enter your desired password and click SAVE to complete the password registration process.
8.
Completion of the password
registration would have completed Step 3 of the registration process.
9.
Proceed next into the system to update
your personal details in the system.
The
system will bring you to the Members & User function. Maintain the required
details and click SAVE to
update your details.
Please

to complete the various sections of this screen.
Once
your personal details have been saved, you would have completed the Update
Personal Details step.
10.
Proceed next into the system to
associate your property in the system.
When
you click on the link to associate your property, you will be prompted the
following screen:

Once you have selected the correct RA,
the system will prompt you the property assignment screen.
a.
Click on the ADD PROPERTY button
b.
From the next pop-up screen, select
the following:
i. The
address of your property
ii. The
Resident Type
iii. The
Effective Date
iv. If
you wish to be subscribed to receive notifications from the Committee?
v. If
you wish to be subscribed to participate in community forums?
c.
Click on SAVE
once you have completed the selections.
12.
Upon the completion of the property
association, the system will prompt you the final state of your registration
process.

13.
At this point, the status of the property
assignment is set to PENDING APPROVAL, i.e. pending of the RA
Administrator.
The system will notify the RA
Administrator of pending approval records by sending an email notification for
their action.

14.
To approve these records, the RA
Administrator will need to access the Members & Users function in JIRAN.
15.
Retrieve the records to be approved
using the FILTER search capability in the Members & Users
function.
16.
To approve the record, the RA
Administrator can perform one of the following tasks:
a.
Click on the
icon
to approve the property assignment or
to
reject the property assignment; or

b.
Click on the name of the user record,
view the details and click on SAVE to
approve the record.
17.
With the completion of this
registration, you will be able to access the relevant functions in JIRAN.
INote: Users access functionalities
in JIRAN system is controlled via pre-defined security profiles.

profiles.
