
Resident
Association record is a critical data set required for the successful operating
of the JIRAN system.
It serves as the “business entity” under which
JIRAN functionalities are operated against.
1.
Enter the required search criteria
under the FILTER option (partial searches are supported).
2.
Click on SEARCH.

Launch the RESIDENT
MAINTENANCE function via the SETUP menu.
2.
Click on NEW RA
option.
3.
Enter the
following values required to create this record:

4. Click on SAVE to create the
record.
1.
Search or retrieve
the record to be updated.
2.
Make the changes in
the data values required.
3.
Click on SAVE to
update the record.
1.
Search or retrieve the record to be
updated.
2.
Click on DELETE to remove the record from
the system.
INote: Deletion of record
will be prevented if the RA record is actively used in the system.
