
The PATROL POINTS
SLA TARGETS maintenance
facilitates the definition of SLA targets for patrol points.
Patrol points
are defined as the checkpoints patrols required to be completed by security
guards within a pre-defined time period.
1.
Click on the PATROL POINTS SLA TARGETS
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Once in this function, define the
following search criteria to retrieve the desired record:

Denotes a free text search criteria.
Partial search is supported. |

Click on SEARCH once you have defined the
required search criteria.

Click on the PATROL POINTS SLA TARGETS
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
From the PATROL POINTS SLA TARGETS LISTING screen, click on NEW PATROL
POINT SLA to initiate the creation of a new record.
3.
The system will display the PATROL POINTS SLA TARGET DETAILS screen for you to enter the required details.
4.
Enter the following information to create a new record:

Denotes the
sequence no assigned by the system that controls the sorting of the record in

various check-points (count) with the designated route that a security guard
is required to check-in at pre-defined intervals |

SLA % |
The SLA
percentage fulfilled for the designated route for the date |
1.
Click on SAVE to create the
record.

Select the service level record
to be updated from the PATROL POINTS SLA TARGETS LISTING screen.
2.
Update the record via the PATROL POINTS SLA TARGET DETAILS screen and
click on SAVE
to update the record.

Select the service level record
to be updated from the PATROL POINTS SLA TARGETS LISTING screen.
2.
Click on DELETE
in the PATROL POINTS
SLA TARGET DETAILS screen to remove the record from the system.
