
This function facilitates the maintenance of parameter
values used in managing internal system processes.
The Inventory Class Maintenance function facilitates
for the following:
·
Display of the parameter values maintained in the system.
·
Creation of a parameter value.
·
Updating of a parameter value.
·
Deletion of a parameter value.
INote:
Please consult the System Vendor before creating, updating or deleting a
parameter value.
1.
Click on the PARAMETERS
function from the JIRAN system main
menu.
2.
The system will display all available
parameter values by default.
3.
The following are the description of the existing parameter values used
in the system:

Denotes the number of decimal places used in

Denotes how the system increments the inventory no in the system |

Denotes the location where the RA logo is located in the system |

VOUCHERNO |
Denotes the next voucher number to be used in the system |

The MAINTAINABLE column denotes if these values are permitted to
be maintained by the system users.

Click on the PARAMETERS
function
from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Click on NEW PARAMETER to initiate the creation of the record.
3.
Enter the following values on the pop-up data entry screen:

Click on SAVE to create the
record.

Click on the PARAMETERS
function
from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Click
the record to launch the Parameter Details
screen.
3.
Update the following values:
a.
The parameter description of the
record
b.
The active status of the record
4.
Click SAVE
to save the changes.
INote:
The Parameter Code value itself cannot be amended. The record must be deleted
before it can be replaced.

the record to launch the Parameter Details
screen.
3.
Click on DELETE
to remove the record.
