
The Members
& Users Maintenance function houses the list of all members (or residents)
of the Residents Association.
This function
supports the following capabilities:
1.
A search capability to allow System Administrators to search for a user
record by defining the available search criteria.
2.
Summary of statistics of users in the system.
3.
Summary of user details maintained in the system
4.
Maintenance function that allows for the maintenance of the following:
a.
User details, e.g. name, addresses, contact numbers, etc
b.
User password management
c.
User type and security profile classifications
d.
Property information
e.
Inventory assignments
f.
Historical information of user’s activities
INote: The levels of access
to all these functions are subject to user type & security profile
definitions as determined by JIRAN System Administrators.
1.
Click on the MEMBERS & USERS
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Once in this function, define the
following search criteria to retrieve the user(s) record desired:

Click on SEARCH once you have defined the
