
The FEES DEFINITION maintenance facilitates the maintenance of the
various fees types chargeable to Residents Association members.
1.
Click on the FEE DEFINITIONS
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Once in this function, define the
following search criteria to retrieve the fee(s) record desired:

Click on SEARCH once you have defined the
required search criteria.

Click on the FEE DEFINITIONS
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
From the FEES DEFINITION LISTING screen, click on NEW FEE
DEFINITION to initiate the creation of a new fees record.
3.
The system will display the FEES DEFINITION DETAILS screen for you to enter the property’s details.
4.
Enter the following information to create a new fees record:

Click on SAVE to create the fee
record.

Enter the required search criteria to
retrieve the desired record or click on the listed record.
3.
Select
the record to be updated.
4.
Make the required changes and click on
SAVE
to update the record.
