
The AREAS/PRECINCTS maintenance function supports the maintenance of areas
within the Resident Association.
This function
supports the following capabilities:
1.
Displays the details of areas/precincts maintained in the system
2.
Management of areas/precincts records, i.e. create, update and deleting
of a record
1.
Click on the AREAS/PRECINCTS
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Once in this function, define the
following search criteria to retrieve the user(s) record desired:

Partial search is supported. |
3.
Click on SEARCH once you have defined the
required search criteria.
3. Click on the address of the property link to view the details of the property.
1.
Click on the AREAS/PRECINCTS
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Click on the NEW AREA command
button to initiate the creation of record.
3.
The system will display the NEW AREA/PRECINCTS
screen for you to enter the required details.
4.
Enter the following information to create a new area/precincts record:

name of the area/precinct to be created in the system |

Denotes the
postcode of the area/precinct |

4.
Click on SAVE to create the
record
1.
Click on the AREAS/PRECINCTS
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Enter the required search criteria to
retrieve the desired record or click on the listed record.
3.
Make the changes to the Areas/Precinct
record.
4.
Click on SAVE to update the record.

Click on the AREAS/PRECINCTS
function from the JIRAN system main menu.
2.
Enter the required search criteria to
retrieve the desired record or click on the listed record.
3.
Click on DELETE to remove the record.
INote: Deletion of record
will be prevented if the Area/Precinct record is actively used in the system
